Signing in to webmail
- Your username is your complete email address, for example
you@yourcompany.com— not just the part before the @. - Your password is your mailbox password. It is the same one your phone’s mail app uses.
- After several failed attempts, sign-in from your network is paused for a short while. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Always sign out on shared computers (menu → Logout).
Forgot your password?
Password resets are handled by your account administrator (the person who set up your business email). Webmail cannot reset it for you.
Using a phone, tablet or desktop mail app
Webmail and your mail apps share the same mailbox, so folders, sent mail and drafts stay in sync. Typical settings:
| Username | Your complete email address |
|---|---|
| Incoming mail (IMAP) | Server mail.yourcompany.com · port 993 · SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing mail (SMTP) | Server mail.yourcompany.com · port 587 · STARTTLS · authentication on, same username and password |
Replace yourcompany.com with the part of your email address after the @. If your app can’t connect, your administrator can confirm the exact server name for your domain.
Something isn’t working
- “Sign-in failed.” Check for typos in the full address, make sure Caps Lock is off, and try the password in your phone’s mail app to confirm it.
- The page won’t load. Make sure the address starts with
https://and try a different browser or network. - Mail you sent isn’t arriving. Check the Sent folder; if it’s there, the message left the server — ask the recipient to look in spam.
- Missing folders. Open Settings → Folders and tick the folders you want shown.
Still stuck? Contact your account administrator and mention the exact time and the message you saw.
